Mortgage has 30 employees in the New Hampshire office and
plans to open a second office in northern Massachusetts in
2006. White Peak Mortgage is currently licensed to broker
loans in NH, MA, ME, CT, RI, VA, FL, MD, DE and CO, and will
soon be adding NY. The long term goal of White Peak Mortgage
is to be a Nationwide Lender in 5 years.

Sales Manager
An independent thinker and team player internally motivated to reach a higher standard. Experience recruiting, developing and motivating new and existing mortgage consultants required. Able to empower a team and hold them accountable. Commission position. Health benefits.

Responsibilities Include:
Source, Sell and Close new home mortgage loans for refinances and purchases through building a network of realtors, CPA's, financial planners, etc. Also have the ability to make new outbound phone calls to consumers to gain their interest in refinancing or purchasing a new home. Answer in-bound phone calls from customers obtained through our various marketing campaigns. Using direct mail pieces from White Peak Mortgage send mailers to potential customers. Submit accurate loan files to the processor.
Required:
Education – high school diploma, college degree preferred
Years Experience – 2 or more years mortgage industry experience
Skills – computer skills using encompass a plus, but not necessary. Some outbound telemarketing experience required. Prior face to face sales experience. Some loan origination experience.
Loan Processor
Responsible for preparing and completing loan application packages; reviewing and evaluating loan documentation for its completeness and accuracy; ordering third party reports; coordinating loan closings; managing a pipeline of commercial loans. Position requires excellent customer service skills for daily interactions with clients, agents, lenders, escrow companies, title companies, and third party vendors to collect loan documentation and to coordinate closings…Ideal candidate will be self- motivated, pro- active, and professional with strong problem- solving, organizational, and computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Compliance Officer
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing compliance procedures and Multi-State Licensing, and reviewing files for completeness and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure our office is in compliance with all Federal, State, and local mortgage rules, regulations, and guidelines
- Create and manage all mortgage compliance procedures for our office
- Work with other departments (marketing, sales, HR, etc.) to ensure all external and internal documents are within compliance; review materials as needed
- Train staff on mortgage compliance rules and regulations

Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, greeting clients, drafting letters, assisting with mail campaigns, screening calls, preparing reports and financial data, and customer relations. Position calls for superb interpersonal skills, high degree of flexibility, project coordination experience, excellent time management skills and the ability to work well with all levels of management and staff, as well as outside
clients and vendors. This person must have Intermediate level Skills in Word, Excel and PPT. Candidate should possess ability to deliver top notch customer service. Must have previous experience supporting management. Must be Polished and Professional. Experience working in a mortgage environment previously is a huge plus (familiarity with loan documents) Looking for a very "upbeat" personality and a "can do" attitude. Salary position.
