Aaron Ritter and Dave Cote
Managing Partners

White Peak Mortgage is a unique partnership, formed by Aaron and Dave when they decided to revolutionize the mortgage business. They are wholly committed to making the borrowing experience for both their clients and employees educational, enjoyable and worthwhile. Both saw clients and employees in the industry feel undervalued, and decided to take matters into their own hands. Together they have created an organization that is dedicated to building strong relationships inside and out.

Aaron had over 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry before forming White Peak. He worked for 3 years at Prudential Insurance selling financial services before joining UC Lending in 1999, where he developed into branch manager. Aaron has extensive knowledge of the whole financial industry with a specialization in the sub-prime market.

Dave is a graduate of the University of New Hampshire. Upon graduation he started his career with Cabletron Systems working as an account manager, and was responsible for several multi-million dollar accounts that he derived through his own business networking. In 2002, Dave left the high tech industry and took his sales expertise to Mortgage Partners to become a mortgage consultant. He quickly grew his business to the highest level of loans originated in the region.

Aaron and Dave are lifelong friends who both grew up in Manchester, NH. Their strong friendship has grown into a powerful partnership built on hard work and high integrity. They are both avid travelers and winter sports enthusiasts including skiing, snowboarding and ice hockey. White Peak Mortgage takes mortgage companies NH to a higher level!
